A Huntingdon pub threw its doors open on 25 September to showcase the pub’s new carvery offering.
The popular Greene King pub, the Hartford Mill, on Wyton Way has received a six-figure refurbishment, creating 5 new jobs in the process. Guests will benefit from an improved food offering, including the introduction of a mouth-watering carvery.
The new carvery will be served fresh every day, and will feature a minimum of three meats that have been slow cooked for up to 14 hours, and eight seasonal vegetables. A new menu has also been introduced, which is full of pub classics, such as hand-battered cod and chips, British beef and ale pie, and 28-day aged steaks served fresh from the grill.
Alongside the improved food offering, the Hartford Mill has also been revamped throughout. The new-look pub, which also features a Wacky Warehouse, will maintain its traditional features and comfortable, homely atmosphere.
